Ximena joined Hopkins, Jelsing and Tri in October 1990 and became a partner on January 1, 1996. Ximena’s extensive experience includes trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.

Ximena’s practice centers on family law which includes assisting clients with dissolution, paternity, child support, and parenting plan actions. Additionally, Ximena enjoys adoption law where she has had the privilege of assisting clients complete international, private, agency, and step-parent adoptions.

Ximena grew up in Southern California, Virginia and Idaho. She graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelors of Science in 1985 and moved to Tacoma, Washington to attend University of Puget Sound School of Law, now Seattle University School of Law.
Ximena is a Volunteer Family Law Attorney with Snohomish County Legal Clinic and volunteers regularly in her community schools. Ximena has lived in Snohomish County since 1990.
