Borrowers may always contact their lender or lender’s representative to negotiate within the first 30 days after receiving a Notice of Pre-Foreclosure Options. By responding to their lender’s contacts, the borrower is given a mandatory extra 60 days to negotiate with their lender or lender’s representative before the lender or lender’s representative can issue a notice of default.

In the instance that Jelsing Tri West & Andrus is acting as representative for your lender, our contact information is located under the “Contact Us” tab.
